You may have read in the local newspaper that significant changes had to be made to the city’s downtown parking plans, after bids for the proposed garage came in way over budget.
Today, the city is working with Ratio Architects on a new idea to allow people to park for free and enjoy what Greencastle has to offer. It’s a surface lot at Jackson, Walnut and Indiana streets, and here’s what the most recent rendering looks like:
