South Court Neighborhood

Renovations will be made to homes in the South Court Neighborhood, which will be owner- occupied rehabilitation to homes in the neighborhood.

These changes to the area will mean:

• Additional foot-traffic that will create demand for convenience retailers
• Increased inventory of a popular housing option
• An opportunity to attract DePauw faculty and staff to this neighborhood
