Stellar Communities funding is assisting downtown building owners with facade updates.

Upgrades to our beautiful historic structures will result in:

A visually appealing Central Business District that will energize and attract existing and new businesses
Enhanced historic preservation
A more attractive residential environment for second and third floor lofts
A regional destination draw for visitors

TIMELINE: The project will consist of two phases. Phase 1 will launch in 2011, and Phase 2 is scheduled for completion by 2013.
