The City of Greencastle
Municipal Utility Office is open 8:00 A.M. to 5:00
P.M.
Monday thru Friday, closed on weekends and holidays.
Utility bills can be paid by mail, in person, drive thru window or drop box.
Automatic draft payments
are also available.
First time customers are required
to come in the office to fill out an application and make a deposit of $125.00 for water,
sewer and trash. Renters are also required to have an owners’ approval
form signed by the property owner and notarized.
Trash and re-cycling information
can be obtained in the Utility Office.
